The Haiku, Part Three

I jumped to the end
A story not yet written
Love is letting go

The Haiku, Part Two

Your beautiful eyes
Give sight to my greatest goals
Future together?

The Haiku

Say, what's in a name?
Identifying as mine
My mind is on you

The Future Unfolded

Words
on a website
whisk the readers
through the thick
of daydreams
of late nights when wishes keep the writer wide awake
when writers remember a lost realm
and imagine an immaculate
world where
flaws lead to freedom
grace is given to the grieving
death decrees that debtors receive jubilee
redemption restores and refreshes
and then
those things that the readers thought
and taunted
and trivialized
thoroughly
those things that the writer revealed
and reveled in
and revisited often
those things
they became
present
processes through
People

A Haiku, Part Three

Passing by, no random hap'
What I wish I said

Smrow

Today is a very rainy day
You've decided to come out and play
Lying still on the pavement with the dust and decay

Today the sun is very awake
You've emerged for warmth sake
Dry, displaced, beginning to bake

Why don't you stay in your safe earthy bed?
Stop dreaming of adventure in your head?
Don't you know you might end up dead?

But it's dark down here
Doing the exact same thing each year
And truly I fear

If the risk isn't taken
Then I lived life never awakened

Five Days

Done.
Deep.
Depression.
Recession.
Sleep session.
Super stupor.
Simply astray.
Seeking always.
Always amiss.
A miss.
Little girl.
Little off target.
Literally losing.
My mind.
What do I hope to find.
Someone to pay the fine.
Fine gold.
Refined and then sold.
To the Romans.
They thought they owned Him.
Got a friend to disown Him.
Flogged and thrown Him.
To the ground.
I am unbound.
Found.
Freed.
Guaranteed.
A trip Home.
How Heavenly.
Hope.
